Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook
until softened.

Stir in the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice
vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then
reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to
package directions.

Add the carrots, mushrooms, and green onions
to the soup and cook until softened.

Divide the noodles among bowls and ladle the

Tips:

vegetarian version, use vegetable broth and omit the chicken.

broccoli.
